About Us

Essex Motor Service is a proud, family-run garage known across Essex for our expertise in Ford EcoBoost and wet belt engine repairs. As our reputation grows, so does demand—and we’re now looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our close-knit, professional team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to a high technical standard
• Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs
• Supporting our specialist work on Ford EcoBoost and wet belt engines (training provided)
• Using genuine Ford parts and high-quality diagnostic equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified vehicle technician (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with Ford vehicles or wet belts is a bonus—but not essential
